Job Description

The Vendor Coordinator will conduct outbound calls and emails to identify and recruit new vendors, research potential vendors using online directories, referrals, and local databases, and assist with the initial onboarding process by collecting required documents and credentials. They will also track and update vendor information in internal systems, coordinate introductory calls between new vendors and Hazel Valley staff, and support the Vendor Manager and Vendor Specialist with administrative and compliance tasks.
