Job Description

The Field Architect role at MinIO will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical solutions and customer needs. You will leverage your expertise to design and implement robust sales strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the rest of the Customer Experience team along with the Engineering, Support, and Sales teams to assure customers are successful in POC, onboarding, production, and beyond. As a Field Architect, you will collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement effective sales strategies using Salesforce to manage customer relationships and pipeline. You will also utilize your knowledge of Kubernetes to provide technical guidance and support to the sales team, ensuring that our cloud storage solutions are effectively communicated to potential clients. You will work closely with product development and marketing teams to ensure alignment between customer feedback and product enhancements. Also, you will provide training and mentorship to sales representatives on Salesforce best practices and Kubernetes integration.
