The Field Architect role at MinIO will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical solutions and customer needs. You will leverage your expertise to design and implement robust sales strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the Customer Experience team along with the Engineering, Support, and Sales teams to assure customers are successful in POC, onboarding, production, and beyond.

This role is for a highly motivated sales executive with strong market knowledge to build relationships with key decision makers and evangelize building secure and reliable software. The sales team understands customers' needs and wants them to see the value Chainguard's solutions offer. Responsibilities include defining and executing sales plans, conveying value propositions, forecasting, managing leads, and collaborating on sales cycle improvements.
Collaborate with the customer and the internal account team to jointly identify short and long-term priorities and develop the associated engagement plan. Manage project milestones in partnership with Customer Success Managers and clients, contribute to deliverables, provide regular status updates and proactively identify and mitigate issues and risks. Serve as a central point for client technical information and contribute to the account strategy alongside the broader account team.
