Manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts, playing a key role in driving adoption, mitigating churn, ensuring renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities, primarily for customers using our Managed Search product. Work closely with technical champions, engineers, and IT stakeholders, ensuring that customers maximize the value of our platform.

The Senior Customer Success Manager is the CEO of your book of business, managing and developing multiple medium/large Duck Creek OnDemand and OnPrem accounts; acting as the primary contact and trusted advisor for customers, providing an interface between Customer/System Integration partner(s), and internal Duck Creek teams; you will drive customer success, turn pain points into success plans, and work across the organization.
