Account Management and Growth:
Own, retain, and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts (50K–400K ARR).
Develop and execute comprehensive account plans with a measurable roadmap.
Report on account health, risk, and growth pipeline with clarity and precision.
Relationship Building:
Strengthen executive and C-level relationships, expanding beyond technical contacts.
Establish active dialogues with C-level decision-makers across top accounts.
Partner with customers to modernize legacy environments.
Strategic Objectives:
Achieve or exceed retention and ARR growth targets.
Transition multiple accounts toward cloud, AI, or GPU-driven workloads.
