You will play a key role in advancing Inclusion and Belonging initiatives by driving data-informed strategies and operationalizing impactful programs. Reporting to the Director of Employee Experience & Belonging, you will be responsible for managing program operations, analyzing people data and metrics, and supporting initiatives that foster an inclusive and equitable workplace. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, project management, and strong data analysis skills to ensure belonging efforts are measurable and impactful.
Responsibilities include program management & support for Springβs 10 ERG Groups, designing and facilitating training and workshops, and managing the Sprout with Spring Mentorship Program. In addition, you will be collecting, analyzing, and reporting on equity and inclusion metrics, collaborating with People Operations to track and report key talent metrics, and working with internal communications teams to develop newsletters and program updates.
