Responsibilities:
- Lead AI feature technical design for Python IDEs and drive prototyping and shipping efforts.
- Evaluate AI frameworks and provide technical guidance to the team on development patterns.
- Work cross-functionally to create solid technical plans and contribute to shared engineering efforts.
Requirements:
- Strong software engineering experience in Python and/or Kotlin/JVM environments.
- Hands-on familiarity with modern AI tooling, coding assistants, and LLM-based workflows.
- Experience delivering change in large codebases with strong communication and product sense.
