Responsibilities:

  • Educate customers and teams on Agile values and ensure proper Scrum ceremonies.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Use Agile metrics and tools like Jira to support transparency and remove impediments.

Project Management:

  • Act as the single point of contact to customer teams, planning and tracking development work.
  • Map execution plans, communicate roles and timelines, and lead projects to manage expectations.
  • Ensure quality in development and maintain strong customer relationships.

Team Leadership:

  • Work with the Product Owner on backlog grooming and prioritization of work and technical debt.
  • Coach, train, and mentor team members, ensuring they receive relevant training.
  • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
