Contribute to the creation and evolution of the enterprise roadmap.
Own story refinement and acceptance criteria for 1–2 teams.

Communication:

Secure stakeholder buy‑in on major decisions and strategy.
Provide clear direction and deliverables for the engineers.
Define, refine, and report Key Performance Indicators.
