Senior UX Designer

Turn complex data and systems into intuitive, elegant experiences that empower users and accelerate our renewable energy mission. Lead the design of data-rich interfaces that bring clarity and insight to our clients, customers and internal users. Use AI-enhanced design workflows to create scalable, cohesive design systems and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across our platforms. This role partners closely with Software Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to shape the future of Omnidian’s products and will be responsible for mentoring junior designers. At Omnidian we believe in trust and autonomy. You’ll lead UX design with a strong emphasis on end to end user flows and transform complex data into clear, actionable user experiences. You bring a balance of creative vision and practical execution — pairing craft with clear business impact. You’re fluent in technology and systems thinking, and know how to design for scale.
