Key Responsibilities:
- Support Annual Drug Class Reviews by obtaining drug purchase data and updating pricing.
- Assist in finalizing System P&T agendas and meeting minutes.
- Maintain the System P&T Microsoft Teams site.
Operationalization of P&T Decisions:
- Assist with implementation of approved System P&T decisions.
- Maintain SmartSheet tracking for formulary updates.
- Prepare materials and follow-up actions for Post-P&T Operations meetings.
Analytics & Financial Support:
- Track and follow up on action items.
- Support medication payer coverage and financial analyses.
- Attend monthly Business Coach meetings with the Cencora RCO team.
