Role:
- Report to Global Tax Director and own state & local tax incentive strategy.
- Act as subject matter expert for data center tax incentives.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and apply for state/local data center incentives and exemptions.
- Manage external advisors for complex negotiations and site selection.
- Model tax savings, ROI, and compliance lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of US SALT experience with location incentives.
- CPA or JD preferred; direct data center incentive experience required.
- Strong financial modeling and cross-functional communication skills.
