Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role:

• You will accelerate adoption of new solutions and platform capabilities with top global customers.
• You will own technical delivery of the Solution Acceleration Program, embedding with customer engineers.
• You will run workshops and hackathons across Twilio's global sales base.

What you'll do:

• Lead technical engagements end-to-end, from scoping to production deployment.
• Write production code in Python, TypeScript, and Node directly in customer codebases.
• Architect solutions that pass customer security reviews and build reusable technical assets.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience shipping production code.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence with C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with LLM concepts and multi-agent AI systems is desired.

Location and travel:

• This role is remote based in London, UK or Dublin, Ireland.
• Approximately 30% travel is anticipated for in-person connections.
