About the role:

  • We're looking for a Post-Sales Solutions Architect to join our team.
  • You'll own the technical customer relationship from signature through renewal and beyond.
  • This role sits at the intersection of technical expertise and customer strategy.

What you'll be working on:

  • Own the post-sale technical relationship, serving as the customer's primary technical advisor.
  • Lead onboarding engagements and drive adoption across organizations.
  • Conduct regular health checks, architecture reviews, and identify expansion opportunities.

What we're looking for:

  • BA/BS degree in CS or equivalent and experience in a technical customer-facing role.
  • Experience with scripting languages like Python and comfort in command line interfaces.
  • Strong communication skills to translate technical depth for varied audiences.
