What you'll do:
- Own our most complex post-sale technical relationships, guiding customers from onboarding through adoption and renewal.
- Lead technical implementation, including integrations, configuration, and security reviews.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to proactively identify risks, drive expansion opportunities, and maximize customer value.
What we're looking for:
- 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role within a SaaS or security focused B2B environment.
- Proven ability to lead technical onboarding and implementation conversations with technical and business stakeholders.
- Advanced understanding of modern security frameworks and identity protocols.
