About the Role:
- Lead the entire design direction for a fast-growing product.
- Report directly to the CEO as the sole design owner.
Your Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end design for mobile and web.
- Build and maintain a design system for multi-platform use.
- Drive conversion through onboarding, paywall, and activation.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in growth design and A/B testing.
- Strong portfolio with mobile and web examples.
- Ability to lead and build a design team.
