About the Role:
- Own the end-to-end visitor-to-lead experience across the marketing site and campaigns.
- Build and scale A/B and multivariate testing programs for acquisition and conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Define an AI-first design strategy and partner with Growth, Brand, Web/Engineering, and Data.
- Mentor designers and set the standard for growth design practice across Brand Studio.
Systems and Collaboration:
- Extend web and email design systems and build reusable components in Figma.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate insights into on-brand, accessible experiences.
