As a Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving key product domains from conception to implementation and beyond. You will own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for your area through effective prioritization and deep expertise, while collaborating closely with the Head of Product and leadership team. Your role involves contributing to the development of new customer-facing and internal platform products, working on initiatives ranging from greenfield concepts to refining existing solutions to achieve user value, strategic goals, and measurable business impact.
You will also design solutions with a global mindset, considering the needs of an international user base (e.g. UK, India, and Germany) across mobile and web platforms. Collaborating with the foundational platform team to improve overall user and product experiences, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and priorities, is a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will act as a cross-functional contributor, partnering with Design, Engineering, Data Analysts, Product Marketing, and other product teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
