Project Manager

Program & Project Management:

• Manage program and project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations using Azure DevOps.
• Coordinate multiple parallel initiatives and ensure successful execution within timelines and budgets.

Agile Delivery & Scrum Leadership:

• Serve as a Scrum Master for designated value streams and create delivery plans in Azure DevOps.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, and Retrospectives.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams.

Risk, Issue & Dependency Management:

• Establish RAID processes and proactively identify risks and issues.
• Drive mitigation plans and coordinate cross-functional dependency management.
• Own escalation processes for timely decision-making and issue resolution.
