- 4+ years in technical project management, with at least 1 year in a lead role in a nearshore or agency setting.
- Deep expertise in Agile and Scrum using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Linear.
- Strong leadership in mentoring cross-functional teams and conducting evidence-based evaluations.
