Responsibilities:
- Map current and future user journeys, service processes, and ecosystem models.
- Identify service gaps, inefficiencies, and adoption barriers.
- Design and execute research approaches (e.g., stakeholder interviews, user interviews, workshops, usability testing).
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in service design, UX, or experience strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Centered Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
Desired:
- Experience supporting digital transformation, platform adoption, or large-scale implementation efforts.
- Experience in regulated or public sector environments (e.g., healthcare, government, or federal agencies).
- Proficiency with design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Miro).
