Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in service design, UX, or experience strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Centered Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • Proven ability to facilitate workshops and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.

Desired:

  • Experience supporting digital transformation, platform adoption, or large-scale implementation efforts.
  • Experience in regulated or public sector environments (e.g., healthcare, government, or federal agencies).
  • Proficiency with design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Miro).
