Job Description
• Leading Clinical Trials: Manage clinical trials from start-up to closeout, oversee activities such as site selection, study initiation, regulatory submissions, and vendor management, and ensure proper documentation, SOP compliance, and project reporting.
• Team and Client Management: Facilitate cross-functional project planning and resource allocation, serve as the primary liaison with clients, and oversee project team performance and drive process improvements.
• Risk and Financial Oversight: Identify and mitigate project risks, assist with RFI/RFP responses and contract administration, and ensure strong financial acumen for scope definition, budget estimation, and change order negotiation.
