Payroll Specialist Lead - UK

This is an exciting opportunity to join Remote and contribute to the global employment space as a Payroll Specialist Lead within our Global Payroll Operations Team. You will act as a subject matter expert for the UK, manage relationships with stakeholders (Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, Engineers), and process end-to-end payroll in-house, statutory filing requirements, exceptions, approvals, payments, and compliance. Your responsibilities include ensuring full data integrity and quality, focusing on KPIs and SLAs, implementing and improving processes, mentoring and supporting payroll specialists, and backing up regional managers during absences. You will report to the Manager, Global Payroll Operations and work asynchronously with the team.
