Head of Structured Solutions

Strategy and product:

• Set strategic direction and house view for structured investment solutions, identifying and designing new products.
• Lead delivery of yield products, tokenisation initiatives, Bitcoin Backed Loans, and other structures from concept to launch.
• Drive the internal investment committee with CEO, CFO, and Head of Product.

Credit, due diligence, and risk:

• Own comprehensive due diligence on counterparties, covering financial analysis and risk evaluation.
• Produce credit assessments in committee-ready format for the licensed Investment Manager.
• Maintain ongoing credit risk oversight and enforce exposure and concentration limits.

Fund origination and relationships:

• Identify and originate new counterparties, prepare and present lending proposals through the Investment Committee.
• Support Legal in negotiating documentation and maintain counterparty relationships.
• Act as primary point of engagement with the external licensed Investment Manager.

Team and knowledge:

• Build, manage, and develop the Structured Solutions team, mentoring junior analysts.
• Enable the team by resolving blockers, running one-to-ones, and ensuring wellbeing.
• Document institutional knowledge and act as internal reference point for technical and market questions.
