Strategy Lead - Credit Markets

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own Morpho's strategy for expanding into new credit markets, building the framework that sizes and sequences each opportunity.
• Size net new markets including custodied Bitcoin, tokenized equities, undercollateralized credit and credit card receivables using market data.
• Build and run the process that surfaces what institutions actually need across a range of use cases and industries.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

• First 30 days: Ramped on the lending stack and mapped credit opportunities already in play.
• First 3 months: Drove delivery of a proof of concept for a new loan market and helped size the broader landscape.
• First 6 months: Shipped experiments across several categories and developed internal consensus on strategy.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Proven track record taking products from zero to one in greenfield markets.
• Experience in crypto, traditional finance, or fintech with a working grasp of credit markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
