Staff Product Manager, Files Platform

The Role:

• Lead Addepar's Files Platform, a critical differentiator for client trust and platform value.
• Replatform file management onto an enterprise content partner, creating a foundation for intelligent workflows.
• Define commercial and technical strategy around partner integration, deciding where to leverage vendor capabilities vs. build differentiated product.

What You’ll Do:

• Own product strategy from migration completion through next-generation search, metadata, sharing, workflow, and API capabilities.
• Build intelligent document capabilities like summarization, auto-classification, and workflow automation with enterprise controls.
• Align multiple product and engineering teams around a unified Files vision that delivers value across Addepar solutions.

Who You Are:

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• A strong systems thinker comfortable with technically complex products involving APIs, permissions, and data models.
• A clear communicator who builds alignment across engineering, design, security, legal, and go-to-market teams.
