As Senior Product Manager for GRC Platform, you will own core platform capabilities like search, imports, exports, custom fields, and approval workflows.
You will evolve these into intelligent, agentic experiences that automate and adapt to customer needs.
Partner closely with teams across GRC to develop deep customer understanding and translate insights into intuitive solutions.

What You'll Do:

Define and drive the GRC Platform strategy and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
Distill complex problems into prioritized goals and ensure high-quality execution.
Drive AI-first product redesigns, including defining model evaluation criteria.
Help define and shape Vanta’s product team culture as we grow.

Who You Are:

5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a platform role at a B2B SaaS company.
Demonstrated track record of building shared primitives adopted by multiple teams.
Ability to influence and align multiple squads without direct authority.
Comfortable with backend infrastructure, architectural trade-offs, and data model decisions.
Experience driving AI-first product redesigns and defining evaluation criteria.
