- Own the P&L across Tilt's core product portfolio, driving strategy, pricing, and packaging decisions.
- Transform the user relationship from transactional to brand-focused, leading the team through this evolution.
- Identify and execute product- and user-led levers to drive the next phase of top-line growth.
Strategic Leadership:
- Bridge the gap between credit policy, marketing, and UX to create a competitive moat.
- Define a coherent product vision and narrative for the core app, making every surface reinforce it.
- Mentor and grow the product organization, shaping a team capable of operating across a multi-product surface.
Collaboration & Culture:
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with credit, engineering, design, marketing, and finance to align unit economics and roadmap.
- Operate in a virtual-first environment across many countries and time zones, with direct exposure to leadership.
- Participate in paid global onsites twice yearly to reconnect with the team in person.
