Director, Global Payroll

We’re hiring a Director of Global Payroll to lead the payroll function as we scale globally. Reporting to the Chief People Officer (CPO), this role has full ownership of payroll operations in the U.S. and India, oversight of EoR vendors globally, and accountability for all compliance related to payroll. This role will build a public-company-ready function that is accurate, audit-ready, and designed to scale. You’ll lead a global team, partner cross-functionally with Finance and Legal, and ensure systems, vendors, and processes are optimized to deliver both a great employee experience and investor-grade controls. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. and India-based employees, ensuring accurate execution of payroll, tax filings, and time tracking, overseeing employee of record (EoR) vendors, owning all compliance and controls related to payroll across countries, and optimizing and managing key payroll platforms.
