About the Role:
- Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, our Data Ops team, and other engineers to plan and build features.
- Create user experiences throughout the app and experiment to increase engagement from trial users.
- Set direction for both the team and the product experience.
Experience:
- 5+ years experience with Ruby on Rails and 2+ years experience with ReactJS.
- Previous experience working on a Growth engineering team.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and relational databases.
