Director, Accounting

We’re hiring a high-impact, hands-on Director of Accounting to lead Ditto’s Accounting function through our next stage of growth. You’ll own our GAAP roadmap, scale internal systems, manage external vendors, and build a high-performing team that embodies operational excellence and a ‘customer first’ focus. Responsibilities include transitioning away from outsourced bookkeeping, building and reshaping the accounting team, owning financial systems, completing GAAP restatement work, and leading monthly close cadence. You will also play a role in selecting and implementing a new ERP system and establishing a lightweight, risk-based internal controls framework. The role requires 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, a CPA, and a strong systems orientation.
