Chief Medical Officer

Drive clinical excellence across our organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CMO will set the strategic vision for clinical quality, shape a patient-centered team culture, and collaborate closely with Clinical Operations to enhance team efficiency and patient experiences. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in reproductive healthcare with a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes and compliance in a dynamic telemedicine environment. Responsibilities include setting goals for clinical quality, overseeing audits and incident reporting, designing clinical protocols, ensuring compliance, creating training curriculum, cultivating relationships with external stakeholders, and contributing to strategy and design of high-priority initiatives. Also responsible for hiring, training and being the face of Hey Jane.
