Instructional Designer for Blended Learning (Contract, Remote)

We are seeking a creative and strategic Instructional Designer for Blended Learning to craft impactful learning experiences that combine the best of digital and human interaction. In this role, you will partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design modern, engaging programs for adult professionals—leveraging both evidence-based instructional design principles and the latest in generative AI technologies. INFUSE Academy drives both internal and external online education, creating smart, high-impact e-learning experiences that fuel real business results. As we scale, we’re looking for an Instructional Designer to join our team. Key responsibilities: Collaborate with SMEs to design and deliver effective blended learning programs. Apply principles of andragogy and evidence-based instructional design to create engaging experiences. Design and curate blended learning solutions. Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and relevance of content. Leverage generative AI tools to support learning. Manage project timelines.
