Construction Accountant

About the Role:

• You will oversee all phases of job costing for large construction projects.
• You will analyze and approve project-specific accounts payable invoices and purchase orders.
• You will prepare client invoicing per contract requirements and deadlines.

Key Accountabilities:

• You will manage project budgets, commitments, and change orders.
• You will prepare cost summaries and cash flow reports for construction and finance teams.
• You will review construction project variances and identify risks or opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• You have 5+ years of experience in Construction/Project Accounting.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

• The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 per year.

• Travel up to 20% may be required.
