Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non-Sales) successfully identifies and qualifies healthcare providers. They maintain and represent recruiters’ pipeline of providers through continued communication with providers via phone and email to place providers on client assignments.
Job Responsibilities include sourcing leads within the region using SBDev, web research, and industry resources applying a vast amount of outbound phone calls to reach staffing contacts and decision makers (C-level, administrator). Generate innovative lead sources by staying current with staffing trends across specialties/divisions to identify new markets that qualify for services and solutions. Establish relationships with client partners to best understand their roles in the staffing, contract, and billing processes and identify the key decision-makers to plan the sales approach.
