Your Role:

  • Lead complex, cross-functional programs with high business impact.
  • Partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into actionable programs.
  • Establish operational objectives and work plans and delegate assignments as appropriate.

Required Experience, Education and Skills:

  • 10+ years project management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in personal lines insurance required.
  • Strong executive communication and decision-framing skills.
