Job Summary:
- Responsible for the curriculum, infrastructure, and operational discipline.
- Owns coaching module development, field interaction tracking, and Business Insights partnership.
- Links the field team to the dedicated Business Insights analyst.
Curriculum Development & Content Management:
- Build and maintain coaching modules and program playbooks.
- Own version control and distribution of program materials.
- Develop and iterate on advisor-facing tools.
Business Insights Partnership & Reporting:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the field team and the Business Insights analyst.
- Define reporting needs with the BI analyst; translate it into actionable intelligence.
- Manage delivery of scheduled program reporting.
