About the Role:
- Lead the product development function with high ownership, setting the vision, strategy, and roadmap across the portfolio.
- Work at the interface between a world-class engineering and applied-science team and the commercial team.
- Define how product is practiced at Apera as the company grows.
What You'll Do:
- Own the product vision and strategy, from Vue to turnkey VuePod cells.
- Be the voice of the customer, spending time in plants and integrator shops.
- Bridge product and the business, shaping positioning and messaging.
- Shape the physical product by defining hardware requirements and business case.
- Raise the bar on quality and experience for operators and maintenance teams.
- Drive packaging, pricing, and launch across software licenses, camera hardware, and complete cells.
- Define what's next by tracking the state of the art in AI and machine vision.
