The Role:
- Works with editors and authors to ensure high-quality books from copyedit to final product.
- Schedules and reviews freelance copy editors, proofreaders, and indexers.
- Reviews e-pub files, cover copy, and reprint corrections.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of trade publishing experience in production editorial.
- Exceptional copyediting and proofreading skills with knowledge of Chicago Manual of Style.
- Strong time management and ability to pivot quickly under tight deadlines.
