Job Description
The Credentialing Specialist will manage provider enrollment & credentialing, leading the full credentialing lifecycle. They will also maintain provider data, ensuring CAQH profiles are complete and current.
Responsibilities include optimizing workflows by assessing current credentialing processes and implementing improvements. The specialist will also develop SOPs for credentialing functions and monitor compliance to ensure uninterrupted provider participation.
They will partner with internal stakeholders to align priorities and serve as a credentialing point of contact for providers and internal teams.
