Controller

Role Summary:

• As Controller, you will own the integrity of Revamp’s financial reporting and help strengthen systems, processes, and data quality.
• Work closely with the VP of Finance & Operations and outside accounting partners to lead the monthly close, financial reporting, and forecasting.
• Make sound judgment calls with limited oversight and build the finance function for the company's next stage of growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Review the monthly close prepared by outside accountants, including accruals and estimates, and ensure issues are resolved before reporting.
• Prepare quarterly lender compliance packages, annual valuation packages, and support audits for financial statements and benefit plans.
• Run the annual budget and quarterly reforecast, maintain rolling forecasts, and develop driver-based scenario analysis.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and active CPA required; 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Demonstrated FP&A capability including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Experience with ASC 606, ASC 842, project-based accounting, and managing external advisor relationships.
