Responsibilities:
- Lead the enterprise controllership organization, including general accounting and technical accounting functions.
- Own the financial close process and ensure timely SEC reporting, including Forms 10-K and 10-Q.
- Design and maintain a robust internal controls framework under SOX 404.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA designation required.
- 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including senior controllership role.
- Experience with SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and PCAOB audit standards.
Compensation:
- Base salary range of $180,000 to $220,000 per year.
- Bonus potential and competitive benefits package.
