About the Role:
- Oversee complex U.S. GAAP accounting matters.
- Ensure Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICOFR) comply with Sarbanes-Oxley Act, SEC rules, and PCAOB standards.
What You Will Do:
- Manage the Company's SOX program, including annual risk assessments and control design evaluations.
- Serve as liaison between executives and internal/external audit for SOX matters.
- Research and implement new accounting standards in complex US GAAP areas.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
- 5+ years at Big 4 firm in audit practice.
- 3+ years public company experience (SEC registrants).
