SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting:
- Lead preparation of quarterly and annual filings (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K).
- Draft financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A disclosures.
- Perform technical accounting research and prepare position papers.
Corporate Accounting & Adhoc Projects:
- Assist with monthly/quarterly close activities and review journal entries.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and automation in reporting workflows.
- Support special projects and M&A integration.
