Controller

Accounting Operations:

• Manage general ledger, fixed assets, and full-cycle accounts payable process.
• Reconcile AR and AP subledgers to general ledger each period.
• Build and maintain robust internal controls for audit cycles.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare GAAP financial statements and monthly management reporting with variance analysis.
• Manage tax filings, sales tax compliance, and multi-state nexus considerations.
• Provide recommendations to improve financial performance.

Cash Management:

• Oversee cash management, bank reconciliations, and short-term cash forecasting.
• Forecast working-capital needs and time funding against cash position.
• Support fundraising processes and investor reporting.
