Assistant Controller

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting operations, month-end close, and financial reporting in compliance with GAAP.
• Manage revenue recognition, internal controls, and cash/headcount reporting.
• Lead process improvements, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 7 years progressive accounting experience with multi-entity organizations.
• Expert GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with Dayforce and Salesforce.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range $140,000 to $151,000 annually.
