Business Systems Analyst, NetSuite

Attentive is seeking a NetSuite Business Systems Analyst to join our growing Business Systems team. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of our Finance technology ecosystem by enhancing and expanding our NetSuite ERP platform. You’ll be responsible for gathering requirements, building scalable and sustainable solutions, optimizing systems, and driving process improvements. You’ll partner closely with Finance, IT, and other teams to streamline processes, enhance system capabilities, and deliver data-driven insights that enable smarter business decisions. In this role you will design, develop, test, and deploy NetSuite functionality and improvements to meet Finance needs; Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and lead projects to implement improvements within NetSuite financial modules; run cross-functional requirement sessions; triage bugs and incidents; and perform advanced data analysis and reconciliation.
