Trading Growth and Expansion Manager

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end program execution for new market offerings and partner-powered trading experiences.
• Drive partner integrations and coordinate internal teams to move initiatives from concept to live adoption.
• Lead launch readiness for new tradable instruments, managing cross-functional dependencies and operational requirements.

Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience in program management, business operations, or platform integrations within trading ecosystems.
• Fluency in APIs, integrations, and operational workflows in brokerage or derivatives-adjacent products.
• Ability to drive cross-functional execution with high accountability and strong written communication skills.

Compensation and Location:

• The role offers a salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 USD with an annual target bonus of 10%.
• This position is based in Chicago, IL, with a hybrid schedule and potential remote flexibility in specified US states.
