Enterprise Project Manager- Remote

The Enterprise Project Manager (EPM) helps define, scope, plan, and execute projects utilizing the EDP PMO standards and processes. The EPM helps matrixed team members understand and assimilate process and data driven actions and mentors and assists operations and other team members in execution of their assigned tasks. The EPM provides leadership on organizational initiatives, advocating for clinical and operations stakeholders. The EPM brings a bench of PMLC best practices and helps grow and improve the EDP PMO processes. Works closely with the PMO Director and EPM colleagues to build and mature PMO process and assist as needed with ongoing projects. Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks. Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan. Demonstrate proven experience to foster and manage successful relationships with senior executive stakeholders, aligning expectations and achieving successful program outcomes.
