We’re looking for a Contract Sourcing Recruiter to help build high-impact, diverse pipelines of talent for some of our most business-critical roles. This contract position is ideal for a sourcing specialist who is passionate about uncovering exceptional talent, understands how to navigate a competitive hiring market, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first tech environment. As a Contract Sourcing Recruiter, you will partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to proactively identify, engage, and nurture top candidates—playing a critical role in Aurora’s ability to hire the right people at the right time. You will design and run sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Boolean search, and industry networks. You will engage passive talent with compelling, personalized outreach that reflects Aurora’s mission and values.
